The Senbee Code of Conduct
This isn't a list of legal disclaimers. It's a reminder of how we work, with each other, with customers, and with the world around us.
We wrote this to be lived, not just filed away.
1. Do the right thing, even when no one's watching
We act with integrity because it matters. No shady deals, no bending the rules. If it feels off, it probably is.
2. Respect isn't optional
We work with all kinds of people, and we treat them like people.fairly, openly, and without judgment. Harassment, discrimination, and toxic behavior? Not here.
3. Speak up, early and often
If something's wrong, say so. If something's broken, fix it or flag it. Silence isn't safety; it's risk. We support each other in doing what's right.
4. Own your impact
We think about how our choices affect the bigger picture, socially, environmentally, digitally. Long-term thinking beats short-term wins.
5. Data is trust
We build systems that handle sensitive stuff. That's a privilege, not a loophole. We protect privacy and follow the rules, not because we have to, but because we should.
6. Leave things better than you found them
Whether it's code, a process, or a conversation, improve it if you can. Progress at Senbee is built on curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to fix what's not working.
