6.1 Compliance

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senbee and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Senbee may terminate access to services immediately for users who violate these terms.

12.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and access to services will cease. Senbee will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow for data retrieval, after which it will be deleted.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal matters arising from the use of our services will be subject to Danish law.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Copenhagen, Denmark, in accordance with the rules of the Danish Institute of Arbitration. If arbitration is not agreed upon by both parties, disputes may be brought before the courts in Denmark.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Senbee regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
