The Role

You are our customers' favourite person

You will work closely with customers, mostly remotely and on-site when it counts, configuring their platform until it handles the majority of their work on autopilot.

You should love talking to people. You should love getting out and meeting customers where they are. You are the reason our customers succeed with Senbee.

When you finish onboarding a customer, their platform should be live, their team should be confident, and they should be excited about what Senbee does for their business.

What you'll do

Day to day

  • Visit customers when it counts

    Most of your work happens remotely, but when a customer needs you on-site, you go. Sit with their team, understand their workflows, and build trust face-to-face.

  • Configure their platform

    Set up and fine-tune Senbee for each customer's specific products, policies, and tone of voice. The goal: autopilot, fast.

  • Drive onboarding and adoption

    Own the full customer journey from signed deal to fully operational AI support. You are the reason they succeed.

  • Be the voice of the customer

    Bring insights back to the team. What are customers struggling with? What features would unlock the next level? You close the loop between product and customers.

About You

You'll thrive here if

  1. You've done Customer Success in SaaS

    You've onboarded customers, driven adoption, and owned retention at a software company before. You know what good CS looks like.

  2. You love being with customers

    Not over email. Not over Zoom. In person. You light up when you walk into a customer's office and start solving their problems together.

  3. You're comfortable with AI

    You use AI tools daily and you're excited about teaching others how to get the most out of them.

  4. You take full ownership

    When a customer signs, they become yours. Their success is your success. You don't wait for instructions, you figure out what needs to happen and make it happen.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 35.000 - 40.000 DKK / month Competitive base salary.
  • On-Premises / Remote Based out of our office in Aarhus, with regular travel to customer offices.
