You'll receive a talent test to complete. This helps us understand where your strengths lie and ensures that the role you're applying for is a good fit for you.

Talent test review

You and relevant team members will go through your talent test results together to discuss your strengths and how they align with the role.

You will be contacted to let you know if the position is yours or if it has gone to another candidate.
