Reporting Abuse
If you want to report abuse activities, such as malware traffic, phishing websites, infringing or illegal content, or if you are a government official seeking assistance in a case, we encourage you to do so in the manner described below.
Reporting
To report abuse, please follow these steps:
Preparing your email report
Email your concern directly to help@senbee.com.
Please include as much detailed information as possible to assist our investigation. This may include:
- Timestamps
- IP addresses
- Descriptions of the incident
- Any other relevant information
If you have logs, please share them in plaintext format and include time zones where possible.
What else to include
To help us handle your report effectively, please also include:
- Your name and contact details for any necessary follow-up
- A description of the nature of the abuse
- Times, dates, and any parties involved
- Supporting evidence such as screenshots, logs, or links
Submitting your report
Once your email is ready, send it to help@senbee.com.
We handle cases in the order they are received. Please only send one report per case unless you are adding new or updated information.
Following up
After receiving your report, our team will review the information and may contact you for further details. We are committed to investigating all reports thoroughly and will take appropriate action based on our findings.
