Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to discuss their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales while handling client objections.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Executive, or similar role in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Experience in selling software or technology products.
