Senbee developed a custom internal Building Management System (BMS) platform for INCUBA, connecting all their existing providers and services into one seamless solution. This platform integrates various essential systems, making management easier for both INCUBA staff and tenants.
To further enhance tenant experience, we built a user-friendly frontend portal. This allows tenants to manage services such as access control, parking, network and WiFi, printing, and more—putting them in control of key aspects of their workspace experience.
