We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal part of our engineering department, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript, along with other web technologies to enhance our automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support for our cloud infrastructure, including Cloud VPS, cPanel, WHM, Windows and Linux servers, and third-party services like Microsoft Navision, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, offering step-by-step guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing optimization strategies for existing solutions and facilitate the gradual migration from old to modern setups.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our support system.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Participate in strategic sales efforts, including identifying potential clients, arranging meetings, and discussing how our solutions can meet their needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports on support activities, customer interactions, and sales efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in a customer support role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including Cloud VPS, cPanel, WHM, Windows and Linux servers, and third-party services like Microsoft Navision, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Ability to participate in and contribute to sales efforts.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize solutions.
  • Experience in technical support for software or technology products.
